This is an invitation for connection, singing, embodiment practices & authentic relating exercises. Every month there’s a new theme and every circle will be craft with love and intention but also adjust to the groups needs and collective cycles🐚

🌙Please bring whatever you need to be comfy on the floor, chair will be provided if needed. You are always welcome to bring food, water, flowers, candles, sacred items or anything you feel called to bring to the altar.
